Daryl has served as the Chief Technology Officer for the OI Network of Implementing Partners around the world since 2000. For 22 years prior to joining OI, Daryl served various technology leadership roles at Federal Express including the Chief Information Officer for the Europe, Middle East, and Africa region from 1991 – 1998. Throughout his career, Daryl has been working to improve the way the world works through the use of advanced technology.

Ingrid Goodspeed has over 4 years consultancy and over 20 years banking and financial market experience in the areas of treasury, risk, compliance, investment analysis, economic research, information technology and management information. She joined Nedbank from Deloitte and Touche where she was an associate director in the Advisory Division of the Financial Services Team. Prior to joining Deloitte & Touche, Ingrid was with Teba Bank, a South African micro-finance institution. She held various posts there including treasurer, risk and compliance manager and economist. Ingrid has also been a rated investment analyst at ABSA Securities and a financial
engineer, developing and modeling financial risk management solutions/strategies for corporate
clients. She is a dissertation supervisor for students of the MBA degree at De Montfort University, UK and a part-time lecturer of risk management at University of Johannesburg’s Diploma in Advanced Banking. She is a governor of the Board and fellow of the South African Institute of Financial Markets as well as a member of other distinguished financial organizations. In 2001 Ingrid was appointed by the Minister of Finance as a member of the Standing Committee for the Revision of the Banks Act, 1990. She was also part of the Committee’s task team researching second-tier banking in South Africa. Ingrid has a MBL degree (with distinction) and BCom (honours) in Economics from the University of South Africa.
