RTS Version 4.0 is currently being finalized. As soon as it is available, it will be provided through this page on a no-fee basis through an open source license.
RTS Version 3.3, which was finalized in June 2005, is available now. The source code and associated documentation can be found at the Sevak Solutions Developer Community website.
