RTS Technology Overview
A 5-page overview describing the emergence of the RTS, summarizing the technology involved, and providing a brief description of Sevak Solutions.
RTS Operations Guide
A 46-page introduction to the RTS. This is an excellent guide for executives and managers of microfinance institutions, or any other individuals, who are interested in a high level overview of the RTS.
RTS Risk Management Guide
A 25-page document that describes the security aspects of the RTS solution, particularly as it applies to the third-party agent model. It also explains the operation procedures that a financial institution should follow to minimize their financial risk through the solution.
RTS Pilot Results: These documents describe the results of the RTS pilot.
RTS Pilot Results
A 21-page PowerPoint presentation summarizing the pilot results in Uganda.
RTS Uganda Case Study
A 48-page evaluation of the pilot activities in Uganda. Written by an independent third-party and published by World Resources Institution, this case study describes all the elements and results of the RTS pilot.
RTS Financial Analysis
A 50-page document providing comprehensive details of the financial analysis of each of the three pilot business models. Includes spreadsheets and textual descriptions of findings. This document goes into more detail than the case study.
RTS Training Materials: There is a separate page dedicated to all the training materials that were developed for microfinance institutions, clients, and agents.
